Position - Rental Executive / Administrator
DEPARTMENT: RENTAL REPORTING TO: RENTAL MANAGER
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Rental Executive / Administrator to join one of the biggest Commercial Vehicle Fleets in the UK
To ensure the effective and efficient hire of our vehicles to customers and increase rental sales within the business unit.
The key duties of the Rental Executive / Administrator post are as follows
·To communicate with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
·To correctly hire and off hire company vehicles.
·Liaise with workshops to assist in controlling repair costs.
·Develop our customer base through marketing and Telesales activities.
·Support Sales Personnel on customer visits if required.
·Be aware of Health and Safety compliance within the yard and rental areas.
·Assist in resolving customer/invoice queries
·Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction are met
·Support the Key Accounts team in customer reviews and issue resolution
·Liaise with other Managers so as to understand and support all aspects of the business.
