Rental Executive

My Client, a long established Commercial Vehicle Rental Company is looking to recruit a Rental Executive / Rental Controller / Rental Coordinator / Rental Assistant for their very busy Commercial Fleet Rental business in the Westmidlands.

Responsibilities of the Rental Executive / Rental Controller / Rental Coordinator Rental Assistant are as follows:

·To communicate with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
·To correctly hire and off hire company vehicles.
·Liaise with workshops to assist in controlling repair costs.
·Develop our customer base through marketing and Telesales activities.
·Support Sales Personnel on customer visits if required.
·Be aware of Health and Safety compliance within the yard and rental areas.
·Assist in resolving customer/invoice queries
·Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction are met 
·Support the Key Accounts team in customer reviews and issue resolution
·Liaise with other Managers so as to understand and support all aspects of the business.

The working hours for the Rental Executive / Rental Controller / Rental Coordinator Rental Assistant role are:

45 hours per week Monday to Friday

Week 1 - 07:00 to 17:00

Week 2 - 08:00 to 18:00

Every other Saturday required to work from 07:00 to 12:00pm.
