Shifts:
Monday - Friday (To be confirmed)



My client provides a wide range of vehicles for contract hire, short term rental and sales.

They specialise in construction, highway maintenance, traffic management and haulage vehicles and we also offer cars, vans and 4x4's.

The Rental Administrator role involves:

·Update invoices from suppliers onto inhouse system
·Update the vehicle and maintenance rental paperwork onto inhouse system
·Planning the workshop to maintain the customers operator’s licences schedule
·Spend report and & budget
·Responsible for holiday & sickness


Essential for this Rental Administrator role:

·Previous administration experience within a rental company
·Ability to work calmly and under pressure
·Well-developed management and leadership skills
·Experience with Identifying discrepancies and liaise with the correct departments
