Working within a control centre on a shift basis. Call taking and handling of breakdown and accident calls where assistance is to be provided. The applicant will need a good telephone manner, and be proficient at computer inputting, map coordination and preferably but not essential, some mechanical knowledge.
Job requirements:
·Taking breakdown and accident calls for nationwide incidents.
·Accurately map incident location whilst taking calls.
·Communicate and dispatch incident information to roadside/recovery technicians.
·Manage incident times such as ETA's and On Scene times.
·Log information and add live notes.
·Coordinate incidents/technicians as they occur.
