Shifts:
37.5 Hours per week – Monday to Friday 08:30AM – 17:00PM + month end Saturday

My client is one of the most respected names in commercial vehicles anywhere in the UK.
They have a customer base which includes large national fleets and local authorities, to regional fleets, local retailers and tradesmen one-man bands. 

Do you have Commercial experience of running vehicles strongly preferred (e.g. fleet manager etc)?

Do you have technical knowledge of commercial vehicles?

Do you have a Strong administrative background?

The R&M Contracts Manager role involves:

Overview and collate service dept KPIs such as:
·MOT performance
·Updating of daily VOR log
·Vehicle compliance register Issuing of order numbers and authorising work to vehicles on R&M contracts.
·Needs ability to understand work being carried out and determine if necessary, priced correctly etc, also to identify repeat repairs and ensure if due to workshop error then contracts do not stand cost
·Review budget spend per vehicle (as set up in contract) and review spend against budget and manage accordingly, warn where contracts in distress (i.e. cost greater than income) and assist in managing
·Setting up contracts on company system
·Dealing with suppliers/repairers – both our own workshops and external suppliers, and issue order numbers and deal with purchase ledger invoices
·Issuing sales ledger invoices for vehicles on contract


The R&M Contracts Manager needs:

·Strong administrative background
·Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles strongly preferred
·Commercial experience of running vehicles strongly preferred (e.g. fleet manager etc)
·Ability to work alone and part of team and to ensure get results
