Production Customer Liaison Manager

Production Customer Liaison Manager needed for a busy accident repair group.

Are you an experienced customer liaison manager looking for a new challenge?
Do you have excellent customer service skills?

In this job role, you will be the sole contact point for the vehicle policy holder once vehicles arrive at site. See the jobs through to completion and invoice. Ensure parts are fed to the vehicle during repair and keep customers updated of any changes along the way.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Smart Repairer role:

·Pro-active and customer focussed
·Well organised with an ability to multi-task
·Ability to show "ownership" for workload
·Good attention to detail
·Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
·Confident telephone manner
·Upbeat and friendly personality
·IT literate
·Knowledge of Advance Bodyshop System is an advantage but not essential
