Procurement Manager required in Basingstoke

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Car allowance £3000 per annum

Are you the Procurement Manager our client are looking for?

You will be liaising with company stakeholders to determine their product and service needs. Monitor business trends, maintain relationships with suppliers and identify new suppliers. You'll be researching new products, developing and implementing strategies for storing and distributing.

You will receive a performance bonus of up to 15% of your annual salary based on completion of objectives. You will get a company pension scheme, holiday trading and flexible benefits. You will also get Aviva employee discount offers including all insurance discounts.

Essential Skills and Qualifications for Procurement Manager role

·Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
·A strong negotiator who can demonstrate persistence. 
·Put the Customer at the heart of what we do whilst ensuring financial awareness.
·Previous experience as a Buyer, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Applied Science, or a Related Field,.
·5 x GCSEs C Grade or equivalent to include Maths and English.
·Experience or qualification (especially those accredited by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)) within a similar role.
·Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential
