PDI TECHNICIAN
PDI Technician required for our automotive client in London.
Salary: £20,000pa - £28,000pa basic OTE £30,000pa - £38,000pa

Our client, a busy main dealership is seeking a PDI Technician to join their growing team. We are looking for a motivated vehicle technician who is looking for an opportunity to develop their career within the Motor Industry.
Our client is looking for skilled technicians to support the pre-delivery team. The work consists of carrying out Pre-Delivery inspections, checking and any rectifying any work on new and used vehicles before delivery to the end user also enhancements. You will also be responsible for new and used car preparations including completing the relevant paperwork and final road test, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for visually inspecting the exterior and interiors of vehicles and report all defects to factory manufacturers.
Due to the nature of the role, our client is looking for a candidate with experience within a similar working environment as a PDI Technician role, applicants from both an independent and dealership background considered, and our client will accept applicants with either a Level 2 or 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent).

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm / Saturdays 1 in 2 on rota 8am - 12:30pm

PDI Technician Skills & Qualifications:

·Level 2 / 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair.
·An amazing attitude and great work ethic!
·Customer facing experience
·Large Independent Garage or Dealership experience
·Always work to your best ability to promote and maintain a very high standard of customer care
·Longevity within previous roles
·Dedicated team player
