PARTS SUPERVISOR
Parts Supervisor required for our automotive client in Aylesbury

Basic salary £25,000pa plus BONUS & OTE £30,000pa

Our client, a main dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor to join their team in Aylesbury. The ideal candidate will be very proficient and able to work to tight deadlines. You will be very customer focused and have a positive, hard working attitude.

You will be joining a friendly parts team and working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail). As a Parts Supervisor, you will also be responsible for providing an efficient supervisory service within the Parts Department. You will be proactive with your work and deliver exceptional customer service. You will also be selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. This is a busy role which receives a high volume of calls in the department. You will be a team player and also be able to work as an individual. If you are motivated in sales whilst delivering the highest level of customer service, then this role is for you.

Parts Supervisor Skills & Qualifications for a Parts Advisor Role
·Previous automotive experience as a parts supervisor  (Minimum 3 Years)
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Front and back counter (Trade and Retail)
·Strong stable job history
·Strong customer service experience
·Ability to thrive within a busy parts department
