Parts Sales Executive

My client who are a large commercial dealership for a well known brand are looking for a Parts Sales Executive to join their busy site in Sittingbourne

Location for the Parts Sales Executive:
Sittingbourne

Hours for the Parts Sales Executive:
Monday - Friday 08:00am - 18:00pm

Salary:
Up to £26,000 depending on experience + the opportunity to earn a performance related bonus

My client have been going for 40 years and they operate four well-established sales and service sites across the county.

They are looking for an experienced Parts Sales Executive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who will contribute towards achieving sales targets through developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques.

Main Duties of the Parts Sales Executive:
·Develop Parts Sales business within a predetermined territory, identifying new business opportunities and promoting the company's products and services in respect of parts
·Undertake a regular visit programme to all new and existing account holders in order to maximise sales, producing daily call sheets in respect of all calls made
·Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively, referring any unresolved problems are referred to the Parts Manager
·Working in partnership with the Business Development and Sales teams to increase sales of parts and build a sustainable customer base
·Contribute to a positive team performance whilst working on personal benchmarks to optimise personal performance and sale product promotions
·Liaise with the Parts and Warehouse teams as required ensuring delivery requirements to customers are met
·Develop knowledge of products by attending brand training and read relevant literature

What you will need to succeed as a Parts Sales Executive:
·Able to work well and deliver results under pressure
·Organised with great attention to detail
·Customer focussed
·Target driven, motivated by sales and able to deal with rejection
·Willingness to learn and develop
·A team player with the ability to also work independently
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
·Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office Programmes, with experience using sales databases (CRM systems) and the ability to learn new software packages quickly
