PARTS MANAGER
 
Parts Advisor details:
Basic Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm - Mon - Fri
Location: Northampton
 
A busy accident repair centre is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.
 
For the Parts Manager role, ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry and have great working attitude. As Parts Manager you will need to be methodical target driven, comfortable selling with quality customer service skills.
 
Responsibilities of a Parts Manager
·Stock Management.
·Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.  
·Accepting Deliveries, booking parts onto Autoflow system
·Supervising and managing the Parts team
·Chase orders, back orders, getting updates/sending feedback to the shop floor

Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Manager
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Strong customer service skills
