Telesales Parts Advisor (Dealership)
SALARY: £25,000- £28,000 Basic + OTE UP £30,000
BASED IN NORTH WEST LONDON

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Telesales Car Parts Advisor to work at our client's site in North West London

Responsibilities: 

·Dealing with high volumes of inbound calls from telephone enquiries and orders. 
·Responsible for the order and issue of parts to trade and retail customers.
·Work as part of a busy office/desk based team.
·Parts ordering using specific computer systems.
·Liaising with customers to build and maintain strong relations.
·Achieve personal sale targets, site targets and activity levels.
·Increase daily sales run rate value through up selling of additional parts products.

Experience Required:

·A proven track record working as a Parts Advisor from an automotive background. 
·Ability to work in a busy, high pressure environment
·Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills.
·Strong attention to detail with a drive to succeed.
·Computer skills - having a good understanding on Kerridge/EPC alongside Excel and Word.
·Committed to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service.
·Experience within a dealership IS an advantage

Strong motor Trade parts experience is essential!!
