Automotive Parts Advisor (Main Dealership)
SALARY: BASIC UP TO £20, 000 + OTE / BONUS
BASED IN WEST LONDON

We are seeking an experienced and out going automotive Parts Advisor to join our client’s main dealership team, working within a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have a working experience of a main dealer and will be dealing with both retail and trade parts.

You will also need to feel comfortable in a selling capacity and take any opportunity that presents itself to up-sell.

Parts Advisor Duties & Responsibilities:

·First point of contact dealing with Parts enquiries and orders
·All parts to be recorded prior to the Technician receiving them and booked out through the computer terminal as soon as possible.
·To attend an annual stock check and required to do perpetual stock checks all year around as required
·To serve the customer in a polite and responsible manner and to ensure that payment is made to the Company's requirements and policies at that time.
·Ensure all paperwork relating to returns to be completed as soon as possible and returned to the manufacture
·Ordering specialist parts as they are required
·Undertake inventory checks to make sure all-parts ordered are delivered and are the correct parts needed.
·All parts requiring new location to be listed, locations given and entered on the computer as soon as possible after receipt.
·To ensure Technicians are served as quickly as possible.
·Parts that require ordering are obtained as quickly and economically prudent to do so.
Parts Advisor Skills & Qualifications

·An avid interest in the automotive trade
·Automotive / mechanical knowledge
