PARTS ADVISOR
Parts Advisor required for our automotive client in Watford

Basic salary £22,000pa plus BONUS & OTE £24,800pa

Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their committed team in a high volume and busy parts department based in Watford. 20 to 30 customers per day, ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry and have great working attitude.

You will be joining a friendly parts team and working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail) and will also serve parts to customers and technicians. As a parts advisor you will also be responsible for the ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. This is a busy role which receives a high volume of calls in the department. The Parts Advisor will provide excellent customer service, face to face as well as over the phone - 20 to 60 calls per day. This opportunity has become available due to company growth and a program of development. VAG experience would be advantageous but not essential. The successful applicant must be reliable, committed with the willingness to learn. If you are motivated in sales and feel comfortable in a selling capacity, then this role is for you! 

Working Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. Saturdays 8am - 12pm or 1pm - 3pm Paid as OT!

Parts Advisor Skills & Qualifications for a Parts Advisor Role

·Previous automotive experience as a Parts Advisor 
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Front and back counter (Trade and Retail) and will also serve parts to customer and Technicians.
·Strong stable job history
·Strong customer service experience
·Ability to thrive within a busy parts department
