Parts Sales Advisor

Location: South Normanton
Salary: £18,000pa up to £19,000 pa (Salary dependent on experience)
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Mon - Fri:  09:00am - 17:30pm
Sat: 1 in 4 mornings         

My client, one of the largest Fleet Rental companies requires an experienced  Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Advisor for their Flagship Depot in South Normanton.
As a Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Advisor you will play a vital role in supplying both internal and external customers with parts to meet their needs.
You will be required to do both Front and Back Counter Parts, servicing both the workshop and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PARTS SALES PERSON:

· Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
· Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
· Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
· Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
· Informing customers of any current specials.
· Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PARTS SALES PERSON:

· Two or more year’s related experience in a commercial parts department preferred.
· One or more years of sales experience preferred.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Professional appearance and work ethic.
· Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
· Valid driver license
