Parts Advisor

Location: Sutton In Ashfield
Salary: £19,000  pa

Shift pattern
Mon - Fri:     08:00am - 17:00pm (Inclusive of 60 minutes uppaid break)
Sat: 08:00am - 12:00pm          

My client, one of the largest Fleet Rental companies requires an experienced  Parts Advisor / HGV Parts Advisor  for their state of the art depot in the Nottingham Area
As a Parts Advisor / HGV Parts Advisor  you will play a vital role in supplying both internal and external customers with parts to meet their needs.
You will be required to do both Front and Back Counter Parts, servicing both the workshop and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PARTS PERSON:

·Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
·Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
·Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
·Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
·Informing customers of any current specials.
·Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PARTS PERSON:

·Two or more year’s related experience in a commercial parts department preferred.
·One or more years of sales experience preferred.
·Excellent customer service skills.
·Professional appearance and work ethic.
·Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
·Valid driver license
