PARTS ADVISOR
Parts Advisor required for our dealership client in Watford

Basic salary £22,000pa plus BONUS & OTE £25,000pa

Our client, a main dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their expanding team in a high volume and busy parts department based in Watford. It is imperative you have Parts Advisor experience however applications are also welcome from independent backgrounds as well as dealership.

You will be joining a friendly parts team and working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail) and will also serve parts to Technicians and Customers alike. As a parts advisor you will also be responsible for the ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. This is a busy role which receives a high volume of calls in the department. If you are motivated in sales and feel comfortable in a selling capacity, then this role is for you!  Overtime is also available.

Working Hours Monday - Friday 8am to 5:30pm. Saturdays (1 in 2) 9am - 12:30pm

Parts Advisor Skills & Qualifications for a Parts Advisor Role
·Previous automotive experience as a parts advisor (1 year minimum)
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Front and back counter (Trade and Retail) and will also serve parts to Technicians and Customers
·Strong stable job history
·Strong customer service experience
·Ability to thrive within a busy parts department
