PARTS ADVISOR

Parts Advisor required for main dealership based in York.

Salary: £18,000pa basic OTE £21,000pa


·Do you have strong customer service experience within the automotive industry?

You will be joining a friendly parts team and working on the front and back counter (Trade and Retail) and will also serve parts to Technicians and customers alike. As a parts advisor you will also be responsible for the ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. This is a busy role which receives a high volume of calls in the department. If you are motivated in sales and feel comfortable in a selling capacity, then this role is for you! 


Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm / Saturdays (alternate) 8.30am to 12.30pm

Skills & Qualifications for the Parts Advisor Role:

·Experience within an automotive customer service role
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Adaptable and open to moving between departments
·Ability to thrive within a busy service / parts department
