PARTS ADVISOR


Parts Advisor required for a thriving company located in Hayes.

Basic Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 pa.

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor has arisen for a Commercial Vehicle Main Dealer.

This is an opportunity for a Parts Advisor to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through assisting your team and ensuring that the customer leaves satisfied!

This Parts Advisor role will require you to work front and back counter, and warehouse duties as required.

Working hours for the Parts Advisor:
42.5 hour week, half hour lunch
06:00 - 15:00
Some flexibility will be required
Alternate Saturday 07:00 - 13:00 paid @ overtime

Essential Skills & Qualifications for this Parts Advisor role:
·Previous experience in a similar Parts Advisor role within the auto-motive industry, preferably commercial vehicle experience.
·A can-do attitude, an enthusiastic personality and a confidence in your specialised knowledge about the auto-motive industry.
·Flexible and natural approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·Experience of taking parts order beneficial
·Parts knowledge and identification
·An understanding of Kerridge or similar DMS system would be advantageous.
