Parts Advisor required for Main Dealership based in Ayr, Kilmarnock
Salary: £20,000pa - £22,0000 basic OTE £25,000pa

Our client, a busy main dealership is seeking an experienced parts advisor with a good technical knowledge to join their dynamic team in a high volume and busy parts department based in Ayr.

You will be joining a friendly Parts team and working on the front and back desk (Retail and Trade) and will also serve parts to Vehicle Technicians. As a parts advisor you will also be responsible for the ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. This is a busy role which receives a high volume of calls in the department. If you are motivated in sales and feel comfortable in a selling capacity then this role is for you! 

For this position you must have previous experience within a parts role, who is confident in up selling and maintain a strong attention to detail at all times.

Working Hours: 45 hours a week Monday - Friday / Saturdays on rota

Parts Advisor Skills & Qualifications:

·Previous automotive experience as a parts advisor (1 years minimum) 
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Strong stable job history
·Strong customer service experience 
·Ability to thrive within a busy parts department
