Parts Advisor
Salary up to £20,000pa plus OTE up to £23,000pa
Location: Suffolk

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor looking to join our popular, franchise brand Car Dealership.

This Dealership aims to provide exceptional customer service to both loyal and new customers. This Dealership understands how important the Vehicle is to the customer, and that's why they try to offer the smoothest experience possible.

To be considered for this role, you will need Parts Advisor experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, be realistic and efficient with time frames and able to work well in team environments.

Parts Advisor General Duties;
·Checking in deliveries of Parts, and ensure that all orders are correct and safe to use
·Put all Parts into stock, front counters and onto displays
·Put all needed Parts onto work stations of the Workshop for the days jobs
·Order any parts needed
·Exchange and Return any incorrect Parts
·Telephone, Email and Customer based for queries and orders
·Use systems such as Kerridge to load all information onto online systems
·Upsell extra parts to customers - Trade and Retail

Parts Advisor Essentials;
·Previous Parts Experience
·Use of systems such as Kerridge
