Shift pattern:
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:30
Week 2 13:30 - 22:00

(alternate Saturday mornings 07:00 – 12:00)


My client hires both general and municipal vehicles and now has a nationwide fleet of 5,000 and a product range of over 80 various vehicle types and sizes. They are looking for a qualified HGV Technician to join them.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PARTS PERSON:

·Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
·Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
·Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
·Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
·Informing customers of any current specials.
·Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PARTS PERSON:

·Two or more year’s related experience in a commercial parts department preferred.
·Excellent customer service skills.
·Professional appearance and work ethic.
·Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
·Valid driver license
