Rate : up to £16ph (umbrella / LTD)

We currently have an opportunity for a Body shop Panel Beater to join our busy workshop / prep centre in the Banbury area.

Our client is currently in need of a very experienced Panel Beater to carry out high-quality repairs of their vehicles.


Experienced Panel Beater
This position operates in our Body shop reporting into the Body shop Manager. You will need a determination to deliver and exceed customer expectations by ensuring the vehicles are at the exceptional standard expected by our clients in a busy and often demanding environment.
Your Main Responsibilities:
·Remove and refit parts as required
·Identify damage as per instruction
·Select the correct repair method
·Use the correct tools to carry out the repair process
·Checking on completion that there are no defects
·Quality control requirements

Requirements
·City and Guilds qualification preferred
·ATA certification desirable
·Driving licence
·Proven experience and capable of high quality repairs with all types of repair methods and materials
·Product knowledge
·An ability to keep up with a constant flow of work in a very fast paced environment
·An ability to meet targets and deadlines with accuracy
·An ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive working relationship with all members of staff

·An ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive working relationship with all members of staff

·An ability to meet targets and deadlines with accuracy

In order to be successful, you must have a minimum of three years experience in a similar role. You will also need plenty of self-motivation and good attention to detail.
