Panel Beater
Panel Beater required for a Bodyshop in Leicester.

Salary: £21,500 - £25,000 (Review after three months for a potential pay raise!)

Our client is looking for a talented and efficient panel beater to join this leading team. If you're an NVQ Level 3 Panel Beater, looking for a great bonus scheme, over time paid at time and a half and an early finish one day a week, this could be the role for you!

·Are you a NVQ level 3 panel beater looking for a new challenge?
·Do you want to earn a time saved bonus after four months?
·Do you want 22 paid holiday days per year?

You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers specifications, utilising modern equipment and techniques. You will be expected to carry out warranty, transit damage and used car repairs using factory approved products and techniques. You will also need to know and be aware of the products whilst following the correct repair techniques.

Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 (Four days)
08:00 - 15:50 (One day)

Overtime is offered at time and a half!
Sundays are double the usual hourly rate!


Essential Skills & Qualifications for Panel Beater role:

·You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
·You must have previous experience working as a Panel Beater within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
·You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
·You will ideally have a NVQ Level 3 in Panel Beating.
