Paint Sprayer

Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £24,000pa up to £30,000pa plus OTE
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Our client are looking for a Paint Sprayer /HGV Sprayer / Vehicle Sprayer to join their team due to an increase in orders. Commercial Vehicle Paint Sprayer is desired but our client would consider training a car Paint Sprayer.

Duties as a Paint Sprayer / HGV Sprayer / Vehicle Sprayer will include:

·To prep and paint a variety of LGV & HGV commercial vehicles ensuring all work carried out is to the required standard and meets customer specification
·Be responsible for and ensure that all pre-defined production and pre-start checks are carried out and that all process paperwork is completed correctly and accurately.
·Carry out relevant preventative maintenance tasks on all equipment
·Setting up paint application equipment in the paint shop for all possible paint applications in accordance with best practice

Requirements as Paint Sprayer / HGV Sprayer/ Vehicle Sprayer will include:

·Experience as a painter, paint sprayer, panel beater and/or strip and fit
·Effective communicator (verbal) with good customer service skills
·Experience within a Body shop, Dealership or Accident Repair Centre
·Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
