Office Administrator (Automotive)
Salary: £18,000pa
Location: Cardiff

Our Dealership are looking for someone to take the responsibilities as a Recieptionist/Front of House/Administrator and be the first person for a Customers Dealership Experience.

You will need to be presentable and approachable, well organised and have outstanding telephone manner and be computer literate.

General Duties;
·Meeting and Greeting Customers
·Be able to assist Customers with any complaints, queries or concerns
·Be able to guide the Customer throughout the Dealership and/or to the appropriate member of staff
·Keep a tidy and organised desk
·Answer telephone and emails in a professional manner
·Use online systems to process documents, orders, bookings etc
·Deliver a high standard of Customer Service at all times
