MOT TESTER
Experienced MOT Tester required for an Independent Garage in Kingston upon Thames

Basic Salary: £25,000 to £28,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturdays (1 in 3) 8:00am - 12:00pm (time off in lieu)

Our client is seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join a fantastic team in an independent garage in Kingston Upon Thames.

We are looking for a MOT Tester who can be varied in their role as duties will include general services, repair work and MOT testing to VOSA standards, working to agreed time scales and completing relevant vehicle records. You will need to have an adaptable approach to all work as there may be some Vehicle Technician work required if MOT testing is quiet. Our client is seeking someone with a mature attitude and flexible with workloads. You will also be involved in helping to train and develop staff so being able to work as part of a team is crucial.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role:

·Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair
·At least 1 years’ experience at a Main Dealership / Large independent
·Valid MOT License
·Ability to work as part of a team
·Have a genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
·Experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repairs
