Experienced MOT Tester required for Main Car Dealership in York
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000pa basic / OTE up to £35,000

Our client is seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join a fantastic team in main dealership in York.
We are looking for a vehicle technician / MOT Tester who can be varied in their role as duties will include general service and repair work and MOT Testing to VOSA Standards, working to agreed time scales and completing relevant vehicle records.
You will need to have a flexible approach as there may be some Vehicle Technician work needed when MOT Testing is quiet. My client is seeking someone with a mature attitude and flexible with work load. You will also be involved in helping to train and develop staff so being able to work as part of a team is crucial.

Hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm / 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role:

·Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair.
·Main Dealership / Large independent experience
·Valid MOT Licence
·Ability to work as part of a team and a genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
·Experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repairs
