Experienced MOT Tester required for Independent Gage based in Blairgowrie, Perth.
Salary: £23,000pa - £29,000 basic OTE £35,000

Our client is seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join a fantastic team in an independent garage based in Blairgowrie, Perth.

As an MOT Tester you will be expected to conduct MOT and vehicle inspections in line with DVSA standards. Also you will Identify worn and faulty components in accordance with the DVSA standards and ensure client documentation is complete and accurate, working to agreed time scales.

Excellent opportunity to earn bonus through overtime (paid at time and a half) and profit share bonus, based on yearly profit shared between technicians.

For this position it is crucial that you have a Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair and an active MOT Licence

Working Hours: 39 hours a week Monday - Friday / Saturdays on Rota

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role:

·Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair.
·Active and clean DVSA license
·Knowledge on current MOT standards
·Main Dealership / Large independent experience
·Full Clean UK Drivers licence (No more than 3 points on licence)
·Ability to work as part of a team and a genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
·Experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repairs
