Mobile HGV Technician

Location: Wiltshire
Salary: £35,500 + Overtime at time a half
Sundays and BH paid at double time
Van and Fuel card provided

Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 to 15:30
45 hours per week


Motivated and enthusiastic Mobile HGV Technician/ Mobile Technician / Mobile Mechanic / Mobile HGV Fitter required for a nationwide fleet maintenance and repair company, covering the county of Wiltshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mobile HGV Technician/ Mobile Technician / Mobile Mechanic / Mobile HGV Fitter to be part of a forward-thinking company that looks after their employees.

The Mobile HGV Technician/ Mobile Technician / Mobile Mechanic / Mobile HGV Fitter role involves:

·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards
·Attending customer sites to diagnose faults on vehicles and ancillary equipment
·Diagnosing of vehicle faults and defects
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements
·Ensuring all paperwork is completed
·Attending breakdowns at the roadside where required

Required for this Mobile HGV Technician/ Mobile Trailer Technician / Mobile Trailer Mechanic / Mobile HGV Fitter role:

·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualification
·Experience working on municipal vehicle bodies and bin-lifts would be required for this role
·Diagnostic experience is essential
·Flexible approach to working
·Ability to prioritise own time
