CLUTCH VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC
BASIC SALARY: £23,000pa - £26,000pa (Depending on experience)
Location: SOUTH EAST LONDON

We are seeking an experienced and helpful LEVEL 2 - 3 MECHANIC / CLUTCH VEHICLE TECHNICIAN to join our happy, forward thinking friendly team!

A large part of the Mechanic / | Clutch Vehicle Technician position involves:

·As a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for all types of jobs such as repair, service and maintenance of specialising in clutch work, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards
·Full understating of electrical and warranty issues and how to resolve them
·Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
·Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
·Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
·Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
·Capable of providing a clear hand written description of the work carried out.

Qualifications and must haves for the Mechanic / | Clutch Vehicle Technician:

·Great attitude and be a team player
·Clear communicator, as need to explain and train younger vehicle technicians
·Level 2 - 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification)
·Preferably with MOT but not essential

As the Mechanic / | Clutch Vehicle Technician - We expect you to demonstrate the following:

·Qualify, diagnose and find a solution for engine problem on new and old cars
·An eye for detail.
·Ability to work under pressure
·Quality awareness.
·Communication skills
·Full driving licence
