Master Technician - Automotive 
Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 pa (including min bonus/overtime)
Location: Lincoln

Are you a highly knowledgeable and experienced Senior Technician / Master Technician?


We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified NVQ Level 3 or above Vehicle Technician/ Master Technician looking for an opportunity to develop their career with a successful Main Car Dealership. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful main dealership. As our Master Technician you’ll be responsible for the service and routine maintenance and preparation of all kinds of vehicles ensuring all work is carried out to manufacturer standards. 

Master Technician Duties:

·To service and repair all vehicles to the highest standard possible
·Identifying faults, making improvements, keeping accurate records and meet demanding quality and safety standards. 
·Maintain a good level of efficiency without compromising quality
·Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
·Accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
·Detect and diagnose and additional faults for further repair
·Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with professional standards
·Fulfil all tasks to the customers’ complete satisfaction
·Always work to your best ability to promote and maintain a very high standard of customer care
·Excellent customer service skills
·Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
·Experience and competency in the accurate use of IT equipment
·Self-motivation and enthusiasm

Master Technician Essential Skills :

·Relevant, Automotive NVQ level 3 or City and Guilds or above 
·A full Driving Licence 
·Valid MOT License preferable
·Minimum of 3 years Dealership or large independent experience essential
