MASTER TECHNICIAN
Master Technician required for our automotive client in Bath

Basic Salary up to £12.50 per hour plus BONUS & OTE *Uncapped!!*

This is a new challenge for a Master Technician to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team. You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be highly skilled in fault diagnoses and working on complex repairs and diagnostic repairs as well as helping your team when required. The Master Technician will be required to work on complex jobs, consisting of diagnostics and servicing whilst acting as mentor to a team of apprentices. This role requires a Level 3 or 4 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. The Master Technician must be reliable and genuinely love helping others, whilst benefiting from an exceptional uncapped earning potential.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Master Technician role
·NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Strong longevity in your role
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·Franchised dealership / large independent experience
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
