MASTER TECHNICIAN
Master Technician required for our automotive client in Southampton

Basic Salary up to £28,000pa plus BONUS & OTE up to £32,000pa

·Are you a competent Senior Vehicle Technician or Master Technician looking for an exciting new opportunity?

This is an exciting challenge for a Senior Vehicle Technician or Master Technician to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team. You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be highly skilled in fault diagnoses and working on complex repairs and diagnostic repairs as well as helping your team when required. The experienced Master Technician will have knowledge of MOT and engine rebuilds in order to mentor Vehicle Technicians and apprentices.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Master Technician role
·NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Master Technician previous experience or highly skilled Vehicle Technician
·Strong longevity in your role
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·The ability to mentor colleagues
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
