MASTER TECHNICIAN
Master Technician required for our automotive client in Gloucester

Basic Salary up to £30,000pa plus BONUS & OTE

·Do you have experience leading a team of Vehicle Technicians?
·Do you have a Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification?

This is an exciting challenge for a Master Technician to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team. You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be highly skilled in fault diagnoses and working on complex repairs and diagnostic repairs as well as helping your team when required. As Master Technician you will also be responsible for engine rebuilds, complex electrical diagnostic faults and clutch repairs. The right candidate for this role will have dealership experience and the ability to mentor a team of Vehicle Technicians.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Master Technician role
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Experience within a main dealership
·Strong skills as a mentor
·Strong longevity in your role
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
