MASTER TECHNICIAN

Master Technician required for main dealership in Droitwich

Basic Salary: £23,000pa - £25,000pa plus BONUS/OTE: up to £30,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm / Saturdays (on rota) 8am – 1pm

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Master Technician has arisen for an established, demanding main car dealership.

This is a unique challenge for a Master Technician to really make it their position in helping to support the company in driving business forward through supporting and motivating the workshop and service team. You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be working on completing repairs and complex diagnostic repairs as well as helping your team when needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Master Technician / Vehicle Technician role:
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Master Technician status within a main dealership
·Strong longevity in your role
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·Franchised dealership / large independent experience
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
