Master Technician required for dealership in Inverness
Salary: £30,000pa - £35,000pa OTE £40,000pa

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Master Technician has arisen for a busy, well established car dealership.

This challenge for a master technician to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team.

You will need to be a very self-reliant Vehicle Technician who can help others and train some of the Technicians who may inquire about Diagnostics jobs. Your overall goal is to deal with the majority of the more difficult jobs and be an asset to the Workshop to improve the overall performance. In exchange, you will be rewarded with a very generous salary and Bonus scheme.

Working hours: 8 – 5pm Monday - Friday / Saturdays on rota 1 in 5

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Master Technician / Vehicle Technician role:
·NVQ Level 3/4 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Master Technician status within a specific brand
·Strong longevity in your role
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·Franchised dealership / large independent experience
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
