Master Technician / Vehicle Technician required for Main dealership in Edinburgh
Salary: £30,000pa - £32,00pa OTE £40,000pa

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced master technician with strong diagnostics experience has arisen for a busy, forward thinking car dealership.

This is a really unique challenge for a master technician to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team.

Our client is looking for a vehicle technician with a lot of experience in complex diagnostic repairs and has a strong understanding of diagnostic machinery is utilised. As an experienced master technician / vehicle technician, you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repairs of vehicles, carrying out routine servicing and diagnostic checks, warranty repairs, fault finding issues and issuing maintenance checks according to franchise guidelines. You will be working to agreed time scales and completing relevant vehicle records, all whilst ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved and maintained.

You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be working on complete repairs and complex diagnostic repairs as well as helping your team when needed.

Working hours: 40 hours a week Monday - Friday / Saturdays on rota

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Master Technician / Vehicle Technician role:

·NVQ Level 3/4 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Master Technician status within a specific brand
·Strong longevity in your role
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·Franchised dealership / large independent experience
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
