MASTER TECHNICIAN / VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
BASIC SALARY: £29,000 - £31,000 pa + OTE / BONUS

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced master technician / vehicle technician has arisen for a busy, forward thinking car dealership.

This is a really unique challenge for a master technician to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team.

Our client is looking to work with your strengths and abilities and what you enjoy doing as a master technician / vehicle technician, as they will help you progress and develop in the areas you want to grow with the opportunity for growth into higher positions within the business!

MASTER TECHNICIAN / VEHICLE TECHNICIAN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Maintaining skill levels and full awareness of all technology used in the vehicle range, attending relevant Master Technician training when required
·Talk directly to customers with any long term vehicle concerns and ensure that all work is carried out in full and followed up until resolved
·Liaise with Workshop Controller/Service Manager to quality control all work undertaken by the workshop team
·To keep work area and protective clothing clean, tidy and in a safe condition in order to uphold the manufacturers and company image
·To take an active part in upholding the companies Health and Safety policy
·To coach and develop other technicians within the workshop

MASTER TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

·NVQ Level 3/4 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
·Master Technician status within a brand
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·Franchised dealership / large independent experience
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
