Master Technician
Salary up to £35,000pa plus OTE up to £41,000pa
Location: Worcestershire

We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Master Technician looking to join our popular, volume brand Car Dealership.

This Dealership has dedicated teams of staff who strive to make the customers experience the best it can be with every visit. Working within a warm and welcoming environment is something they ensure is available, whilst keeping a proactive atmosphere.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be an experienced Master Technician within a Main Dealership. The ideal candidate will be efficient, methodical, processed and dedicated.

Master Technician General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

Master Technician Essentials;
·NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician or Equivalent
·Master Technician experience
·Main Dealership experience
