Salary up to £24,092pa plus bonus/OTE up to £26,000pa

We have a great opportunity for a highly experienced Master / Diagnostic Technician to join our large, busy, brand Dealership. Lots of experience as a Level 3 Vehicle Technician and evidence of this is key. You will need to show time served and loyalty to previous employers, have a positive attitude to all your work and be a team player.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own

·Level 3 Vehicle Technician
·Master / Diagnostic Experience
·Independent Garage or Dealership Experience
·Time Served
·Positive Attitude
·MOT License - desired
