Salary up to £28,000pa plus OTE up to £33,000pa

We have an amazing opportunity fora highly experienced Master Technician to join our popular branded Dealership. Our Dealership highly value their staff and offer lots of training to get them accredited and even do specialist training if there is something you wish to focus on.

The ideal candidate will need to be driven, passionate and very customer focused. Our Dealership put a lot of time and focus into their staff and it is important that you are able to return this to the company.

General Duties;
·Servicing and resolving the most challenge problems
·Diagnostic work and identifying any faults, making improvements and keep up to date records whilst meeting demanding quality and safety standards
·Dealing with recalls and warranties
·Maintaining a good level of efficiency, but being realistic with your work load
·Ensuring Customer Satisfaction is always at its highest
·Have a clear understanding on all aspects of your work
·Ensure all work is completed safety, and reaches professional standards
·Always work to the best of your ability
·Stay consistence with your Customer Service, even in the most pressuring circumstances
·Takes responsibility for your work
·Work well within a team, but also be able to motivate and focus on your own
