HR Administrator

Salary - £20,914pa
Working Hours of the HR Administrator / Human Resources Administrator - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:00pm
Location: London

Or client is looking for an HR Administrator / Human Resources Administrator with a great attitude and work ethic along with customer service and phone ability. The HR Administrator / Human Resourses Administrator role will include, some complaints which will require resilience. Being able to work in a team, as well as an individual, and a positive attitude are essential for the role.
 
Responsibilities of a HR Administrator / Human Resources Administrator:

·Adding new starters/entrants to system
·Payroll queries/updates
·Driver queries re HR processes – leave entitlement etc
·Driver queries ie bus pass queries
·Updating spreadsheets, maintaining detail for reporting and tracking
·Referencing
·Mail merges
·Health & safety related administration
  
Skills of a HR Administrator / Human Resources Administrator :

·Proven track record of success in a very busy fast paced environment
·Really strong customer service skills- able to liaise at all levels – cleaners to directors
·Good communication and phone skill s- able to demonstrate at interview having been resilient in a complaints or similar environment
·Steady work history – not job hopping
·Where candidate has temped recently an explanation around this (ie made redundant and temped recently to get back into work, or trying to move into HR etc) this HM has been let down in the past so wants committed people
·Strong background in administrative roles, attention to detail
·Strong user of Word and Excel (ideally able to do basic formulas, vlookups – please indicate capabilities on cover sheet)
·Able to work using own initiative
·Able to prioritise tasks as demands change
·Happy to interact on the phone – chase updates and detail
·Thrives in a small team in a fast paced environment
·Can do attitude
