Location: Dagenham
Salary: £55,903 per annum (£25.59 per hour) + Overtime + OTE: £65,000
Hours: 4 on, 4 off | Night Shift | 6:00pm - 6:00am

We're recruiting for a skilled HGV Technician to join a busy workshop in Dagenham, maintaining and repairing a fleet of commercial vehicles. The Role:
·Carry out servicing, inspections, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and trailers
·Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electronic faults
·Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections
·Perform welding, fabrication and metalwork when required
·Order parts and assist with stores management
·Accurately complete job cards and maintenance records
·Support Apprentice Technicians and work collaboratively within the workshop
·Maintain workshop equipment to a high standard
 
What We're Looking For:
·NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
·Previous experience as an HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Diagnostic qualifications desirable
·Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach
·Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
