NIGHT SHIFT HGV TECHNICIAN

Experienced and enthusiastic HGV Technician required for a thriving workshop, based in Wigan.

£30,160 - £31,200 (DOE) (overtime available at 1.5)

Tuesday – Friday * 21:00 – 08:00 *

This is a challenging yet extremely rewarding position with a company that will offer an attractive basic salary, growth and available overtime.

This HGV technician role involves:
·Repairing company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current legislation.
·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for annual MOT inspection.
·Diagnosis of vehicles using computer based diagnostic equipment.
·Carry out re-chassis work and light fabrication work.
·Good housekeeping routines to meet H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed to a high standard.
·To communicate effectively with the Workshop Manager and team.

Essential for this HGV Technician role:
·Level 3 or equivalent.
·Class 1 or 2 licence.
·Main dealer experience.
