Monday – Friday 08:00-21:00

(If shift falls on a Saturday or Sunday the hours are 08:00 – 16:30)

Call outs on Saturday and Sunday once every 6 weeks approximately


My client is looking for a qualified HGV technician to join their busy workshop. They service box, curtain side, drop side, refrigerated, twin pack or trade lifts.

THE ROLE OF AN HGV TECHNICIAN

·Inspecting, repairing and MOT company and customer vehicles to meet VOSA standards
·Completing all documentation accurately and promptly, including raising temporary job cards where necessary
·Reporting all damage on customer and company vehicles as soon as they become apparent
·Protecting and maintaining all company tools by using them in the prescribed manner and returning them to their place of storage immediately after use
·Driving vehicles in a proper and safe manner
·Attending required training courses in order to maintain a commitment to developing your knowledge and skills in line with the company

ESSENTIAL FOR A HGV TECHNICIAN

·Level 3 qualified
·Have the ability to work unsupervised
·Class 1 or 2 an advantage
