A new and exciting opportunity for a skilled and self-motivated HGV Technician Supervisor / HGV Night Shift Supervisor has arisen for a Commercial Main Dealership, located in Reading.

This is an opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician Supervisor / HGV Night Shift Supervisor to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through supporting the workshop and the service team. Working closely with the team in order to create high levels of morale and focus to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and with excellence in quality. Effective communication with the Workshop Controller and CSR’s to ensure that technicians have valid job specifications and time budget prior to work commencing. Ensuring that customer expectations are managed at all times by working with each stage of the service process. Maximising the shifts performance through effective problem solving, coaching & development

You will need to be a fully experienced HGV Technician Supervisor / HGV Night Shift Supervisor in the field as you will be working on complete repairs, as well as helping your team when needed.

Night Shift 4 on 4 off for the HGV Technician Supervisor / HGV Night Shift Supervisor:

This role is working night shift 4 on 4 off 19:00 - 07:00

Pay is negotiable and dependant on the candidate and experience - good rates on offer

Essential Skills & Qualifications for this HGV Technician Supervisor / HGV Night Shift Supervisor:
·NVQ Level 3/4 in Heavy Goods Maintenance and Repair.
·A can-do attitude, confidence and commitment.
·Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·A genuine interest in ensuring you and your service team perform at the best of their ability.
·Full clean UK Driving Licence.
