HGV DRIVER

Location: Sidcup
Hours of work:  Monday to Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm  (45 hours a week)
Salary:  £12.00 per hour 

Our client a Commercial Bodyshop are looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver for their depot.
The successful candidate's key responsibility will be to ensure the Bodyshop compound and surrounding areas are kept safe and secure for the storage and movement of vehicles / collection of vehicles to and from site.

Duties as a HGV Driver will include:

·Ensuring safe parking and storage in the car parks and vehicle compounds
·Onsite vehicle movement
·Liaising with sub-contractors and the Service, Sales and Paint shop departments for keys and vehicles
·Regularly checking fencing and boundaries
·Administration duties

Requirements as a HGV Driver will include:

·Must have a valid HGV Class 1 License
·Previous experience working as an HGV Driver
·No more than 6 current points on license
·Understanding of driver regulations and laws
·No DR10s
·Excellent organisational skills
·Self-motivated and dedicated
·Customer orientated
·Ability to use your own initiative
·Assertiveness
