GENERAL SALES MANAGER
General Sales Manager required for our automotive client in Cambridge

Basic Salary up to £45,000pa plus BONUS & OTE up to £60,000pa

Our client is seeking an experienced enthusiastic, ambitious General Sales Manager to join their successful and committed team.

The key responsibilities of the General Sales Manager include managing the Sales Team, ensuring the centre has correct and well managed new and used car stock; ensuring the centre meets brand standards for demonstrator and stock requirements, coaching and developing your team members; and ensuring that your department effectively forecasts its position. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining proper processes within the department, to ensure that targets and objectives are met. In return you will receive a competitive salary and company car.

Working hours 8:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays 8:30am - 5pm. Sundays (1 in 3) 11am - 4pm

Skills & Qualifications of a General Sales Manager role

·Experience in an automotive sales environment 
·Proven track record in sales within the motor industry
·A full UK driving licence

·Be a self-motivated and ambitious person who is willing to learn

·Work efficiently under pressure and towards set targets
·Deliver excellent customer service to every customer
