FLEET TECHNICAL CONTROLLER
LARKFIELD KENT




I am currently looking to recruit a Fleet Controller for a innovative commercial vehicle operators, offering flexibility, and the ability to quickly adapt to meet the changing demands of my clients business.

The fleet consists of all vehicle types including cars, 4x4’s, vans, and heavy trucks, although we are able to offer our customers any type of vehicle, trailer or plant.


I am looking for a dynamic individual to join our successful company in Larkfield, Kent. The Maintenance Control team work with a network of both internal and external workshops throughout the UK to make sure there customers receive the right level of service for both planned and unplanned maintenance. As a Fleet Technical Controller you will be authorising and controlling the cost of all relevant work to our customer’s vehicles in line with our standards and service level agreements through our bespoke fleet management system.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

Experience in working on HGV’s.
Knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Be confident in dealing with customers/suppliers.
Have a professional outlook and polite telephone manner.
Able to work efficiently and accurately in a pressurised environment.
Possess a full standard driving licence.

Whilst it’s desirable that the applicant has an understanding of warranty procedures, vehicle maintenance contracts or similar, training will be provided.

Hours:- 42 ½ per week. ½ an hour lunch break.
Week One – Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
Week Two – Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm

Salary 26k - 30k depending on Experience
